We aim to process orders within up to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are generally not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated shipping time is up to 9 calendar days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

Accordingly, the estimated total fulfillment and delivery period is up to 12 calendar days from payment confirmation, subject to applicable law.

These timeframes are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed with you.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, international transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
